Science Center and More

We went to the Science center the other day when it was raining, and there was a great kid's area in the basement, complete with stroller parking!

There was a special zone for kids under 3 - floors and walls all padded - Sienna loved it!

Assuming this was a request to put toys away when you are done.

Little girl was crawling/climbing everywhere!

She did a great job!  Mommy was proud.

Fun places for bigger kids to play, plus a whole sections of puzzles and other games.

Someone missed the sign about toys readily homing....

Here's the view of our apartment from the train station - I love being so close.
We have gotten incredibly lucky to have ended up in a great, convenient location!

Baby girl has started solids and had proven a difficult customer at the dinner table!!!  She gets angry when she is hungry, but then refuses every option you offer, becoming angrier and hungrier as you go!
Anny has had a reasonable amount of luck getting her to eat, but it is still a daily challenge...

We have tried mushed up food - both with spoon and letting her feed herself, pureed food warm, cold, and room-temperature, large chucks of food (fruit, veg, meat, bread, pasta) - both fed to her and letting her feed herself..  Pretty much every conceivable option!!!!!

She seems to have a hankering for white foods - potatoes, pasta, bread, and goes crazy if she sees us with something like ice cream or gummy bears, then she is SUPER keen.  ::sigh::  How does she automatically know the difference between ice cream and say, broccoli?  (Without having tasted them?  She will lean towards one with mouth wide open and the other pinch her lips together and turn her head violently away.  Crazy girl!  And no, I don't feed her ice cream or gummy bears!  But a diet of bread and pasta isn't exactly ideal..)

Playing at parent's place - H loves the medical kit!!!

Love how pro-breast-feeding Taiwan is!
I don't think you would ever see a billboard like this in the US
(although that looks like a blond baby to me...)

In keeping with the theme, my first time trying out the breastfeeding room at the mall.
These rooms are everywhere - very cool!!

Sienna was not impressed that I put her down for a picture!
