Family Day

Before Dev left for his big trip, we took the kids out to spend a family day together.  We finally got over to Miramar and road the Ferris Wheel  - something we've been promising Hudson for 3 months now!  Mommy got a little nervous as we approached the top...

Sienna, on the other hand, had no fear.  :)

We could easily see our apartment building - pretty cool!

After the ferris wheel, we told Hudson to go stand in this little circus set up so we could take his picture.

I told him, put your arms out (he put them up)..  no out....  (ok!)

Ok, now smile!!  

And this is what he did....

We couldn't get him to stop and smile normally (or put his arms down for that matter).  What a hilarious kid!

Although I find it endearing and hilarious, the fact that he now always makes this face when we tell him to smile...  I thought it might not be so good for his modeling career ;)  (Sure enough, at the last shoot, he spent a while with this face glued on.... haha, he wanted me to try to throw a marshmallow into his mouth and wouldn't close it long enough to take a picture!)

After our fun, we went to Friday's for lunch (I had my reservations about going there, but whatever...)

Hudson, smile!

Very healthy meal, as expected.

Very little for the girl to eat, but she got a few morsels..

There's that beautiful smile again....  ;)
